Ingredients
- 1 log (300 g) goat cheese
- 85 g cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp honey
- black pepper
- fresh basil and thyme, for serving
Directions
- Add the goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, and a pinch of salt to a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.
Notes
- The goat cheese mix can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, but bring to room temperature before serving.
