Ingredients

  • 1 log (300 g) goat cheese
  • 85 g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • black pepper
  • fresh basil and thyme, for serving

Directions

  1. Add the goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, and a pinch of salt to a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • The goat cheese mix can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, but bring to room temperature before serving.
