Ingredients
- 1 black tea bag
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 1/2 tsp chai spice blend
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks, for serving
Directions
- Steep the tea bag in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the honey, chai spice, and vanilla. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the milk is steaming and the honey has melted.
- Divide the tea between two mugs. Place the milk mixture in a blender (or use a frother) and blend until frothy, about 20 seconds.
- Divide the milk between the mugs and serve with cinnamon sticks.
