Fog Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 1/2 tsp chai spice blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, for serving

Directions

  1. Steep the tea bag in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the honey, chai spice, and vanilla. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the milk is steaming and the honey has melted.
  3. Divide the tea between two mugs. Place the milk mixture in a blender (or use a frother) and blend until frothy, about 20 seconds.
  4. Divide the milk between the mugs and serve with cinnamon sticks.
