Ingredients
- 2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cup mesclun greens
- 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 slices bacon, cut into pieces and fried until crispy
- 1/4 cup sliced white mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup sliced canned hearts of palm
- 1/4 cup sliced scallion (green part only)
- 1/2 cup pita chips
- 1 hard-boiled egg, halved
- fine sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup Green Goddess Dressing
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients except the egg in a large stainless-steel bowl.
- Top with the dressing, and using tongs, toss until well mixed and dressed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the egg halves.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
