Ingredients
- 4 tbsp smoked paprika
- 4 tsp ground coriander
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tsp onion powder
- 4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp crushed fenugreek seeds (can crush with a mortar and pestle)
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Store in a labeled airtight glass jar at room temperature for up to 6 months.
